How do I track my order?

We do not issue tracking numbers unless requested or your order exceeds a reasonable delivery time frame.
What are your delivery options?

We currently do not allow local pick ups. All orders are processed through our website and mailed out.

Any orders placed on Weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order from the day we receive it.

Please ensure that you enter your mailing information correct, use correct abbreviations, have spaces and unit numbers inserted properly

We will not be held responsible for incorrect information

If you notice you have made a mistake with your shipping address please text (626) 235-4257 immediately to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address.

If your package is returned non-deliverable we will issue store credit for the items minus the shipping cost.

What is your returns policy?

No refunds sorry only Store credit or possible exchange if the item is still avialble.

We will gladly accept your order for an exchange within 7 days from the day you receive it.

Returns will be given store credit of the item(s) purchased not including shipping.

Merchandise must have receipt, original tags, not be worn/torn/damaged or stained by makeup or deodorant.
